Another point of attention is the HydroFlame furnace. The original furnace was replaced by the previous owner. This one is from 1992 and was installed in a very strange way. The furnace was mounted at the upper side of the cut-out hole. The bottom of the furnace sticked out that is why the hatch could not close.
